(304) Graft Preservation in Heart Transplantation: Clinical and Histological Results Using Three Different Techniques

PurposeAlongside the classical cold storage with ice, other techniques for graft preservation are increasingly used. The purpose of this study is to analyze results Heart Transplantation (HTx) in relation technique graft.MethodsBetween 2020 and 2022, 55 patients received HTx grafts preserved iced-cold (CS, n=27), normothermic perfusion Organ-Care-System (OCS, n=15), controlled 4°C hypothermia Paragonix SherpaPak (SP, n=13). three groups were compared clinical characteristics, iystological examinations.ResultsCompared CS, OCS SP had a higher IMPACT score (p=0.08) more LVAD support (p=0.01).
